Psychic clearing & shielding exercise

This recorded meditation is the second version of the text that is to follow, the text is for reference if you would like to give this meditation during one of your meditation circles or workign with clients. Enjoy!

This is a guided psychic cleaning & clearing exercise; please do not listen to this exercise while driving. The purpose of this exercise is to guide you through cleaning your psyche. This guided meditation is great to use when you feel off balance or have unwanted attachments towards or from other people.

 

I’ll need your full attention through out this exercise, so please stay focused on my voice. You can be sitting or lying down, it’s important to be relaxed and comfortable.

 

This is going to be an enjoyable and relaxing experience, please take a deep breath using your diaphragm to pull the oxygen into the bottom of your lungs. (Breathe... GOOD) With each breath in, you’re breathing in the divine love of the universe and with each breath out you’re releasing all negativity, tension, lack. Just letting everything go.

 

And again, take another deep breath! Hold it, and exhale, good just let it all go! Any sense of lack and worthlessness, just let it go. Just let go of everything.

 

Pay close attention to your body and feel it relax and let go of any stress. Feel your toes relax. Just breathing normally, focus on your toes…breath into your toes. Feel the breath move all the way down your body into your toes and feel your toes become totally relaxed. Now bring your attention up into your feet and ankles and feel them become more relaxed. Into your calves, breath all the way down and feel your calves relax and just letting go. Good!

 

We’re going to move up into the knees. Breathing into the knees, release all the negativity and tension in the knees. Excellent, up into the thighs and hips, feel them becoming more and more relaxed. Now we’re concentrating on the sit bones, take another deep breath and feel your hips sink deep into a very relaxed state. Now feel your mind move into your lower back and up your spine … and coming up into your shoulders relaxing as it goes. Now take a deep breath, breathing down into the base of your spine and feel it your back relax all the way down. Good

 

We are going to now use another technique , to relax the shoulders and neck, we’re going to take a deep breath and then release it counting down from 5 to 1 and when I reach 1 you will become completely relaxed and all the stress in your shoulders and neck will just release and leave. Ok now take a deep breath. Hold it. Ok now start releasing slowly,

5, releasing all the tension,

4, letting it go,

3, feel it leaving ,

2 almost completely relaxed

1 completely relaxed! You are more relaxed than you have ever been before.

 

Now continue up the back of the head, feel the scalp relax, the top of the head and down the forehead and is now smooth and relaxed, just feel your eyebrows relax, your eyes are now relaxed, your check bones, and your lips relax… and your jaw is relaxed, just let that little space happen between your upper and lower jaw. Now take a deep breath, hold it, and feel your entire body just go deep into a very relaxed state of calm and serenity.

 

Now we are going to wash the psyche and detach from any negativity that may have been placed on you by people, places or situations. I want you to visualize in your minds eye a flowing stream of warm white light, it gushes out from a green garden hose. Using your imagination pick up the hose and splash it onto the top of your head and feel it pour down around your forehead over your face, past your neck and onto your chest, washing away and cleaning your psyche. The white light now pours down over your stomach across you hips, down your legs, your knees, your calves, your feet and your toes. Now starting at your head again we are going to splash the warm loving white light across the back of the head over the shoulders and down the back making sure we get the hips and buttocks and back of the legs, all the way down.

 

Literally feel your psyche being cleansed and washed free from attachments and any residual energy that is not yours. Using your minds eye look over your entire body, are there any cords attached to your body? If there are just pull them off. Just take the hose of loving white light and pour white light onto the areas that you just detached the cords from.

 

Lay the hose back down on the ground and see it turn itself off and now it disappears.

 

The other attachments we’re going to free ourselves of now are the ones of expectations. The first expectation being, ‘receiving what we have asked for in prayer.’ You have asked and stated all that you want out of life, you have declared it for the highest good, now let go and let the universe work for you, releasing and letting go is act of trust that your request will be fulfilled for the highest good. If it’s to your highest good you will have all that you have asked for, if it is not you will be guided to your good in another way. I want you to think of something that you have prayed for and have been waiting for, now just let go of it, feel it release.

 

The second expectation is about how people are going to act or behave and even how they should love us. Everyone is entitled to free will and trying to control someone’s will diminishes our connection to divine love. So we’re going to take a deep breathe in and exhale slowly releasing all the expectations we have towards other people and ask divine love and light to come into all of our relationships and help make them peaceful loving and harmonious, for the highest good of all involved.

 

Now hold in your minds eye one person that you have a rocky relationship with and imagine that there is a pink light going from your heart chakra to theirs and now declare. I release you to your highest good, and I ask divine love and light to come into our relationship and help us have a better understanding of each other’s emotional and spiritual needs. Then say. “I invite in love and compassion into our relationship and I bless and release you in peace.”

 

Now with your minds eye just let the pink light connection fade and disconnect.

 

You have done very good work here, now we are going to come back to being fully awake . I’m going to count up from 1 to 5 and when I say 5, you will be fully awake and fully aware!

  1. you feel good form your head to your toes!

  2. You are becoming more awake and you feel great!

  3. You are begaining to become aware and you feel refreshed and wonderful

  4. You are almost completely awake and you know that you are prosperous and wonderful!

  5. You are now fully awake and fully aware; take a deep breath and stretch!
