On the physical realm of existence this calls for the listening for the rustling of sedge grass that goes against the wind. As the saying goes, the elk listens for the rustling of things unseen as he drinks from the stream. For you when at the water cooler pay close attention to things that are out of place or don't make sense. If people are acting funny don't brush it off. Heed your own inner judgment.
