Mind traps, circular or negative thinking

Watch out for what I call the midnight ride. This is where shortly after bedtime your brain starts trying to figure out a problem and you go through all possible solutions. All the solutions just seem to lead into another problem and so on and so forth. Till your right back to where you started. As the big hand on the clock circles around the dial your thoughts circle through your head. Circular negative thinking, sort of like being on a stagecoach that is being driven by a bunch of drunken monkeys.

It isn’t very productive and actually very damaging, especially if you have been meditating and masterminding to a solution. But by now worrying your sending out energy and wave patterns that this issue is to big to be handled. You're now affirming with your worry and doubt that you don’t trust in the process. The universe does not judge, it will give you exactly what you ask for.

Get centered and make up your mind that for right now you are trusting in the process and stop beating yourself up. On a big place card write the word BREATHE and put it somewhere as a constant reminder. Sometimes BREATHING is your only job.

Notice the place card doesn’t say think. You stop negative thinking by stopping.
