Physical denial, and unworthy of anything new or pretty
This really falls under the category of emotional unworthiness, but it seems to be so pervasive it is getting listed under the 'Physical denial...' section. An underlying block of unworthiness can take on many guises and express itself in many fashions. Usually it is an emotional block from early childhood or past live that is still being carried out.
At some point, someone or some situation sent you the message that you are unworthy. Usually with validation and confirmation from an authority figure. The subconsciouses or inner child took this statement as fact and has been implementing it ever since. After all an adult told us so they must be right! Wrong, what inner children never seem to realize is that adults are wrong a lot. Because most adults are still running on the information they gathered as children from the inner children of their parents and so on and so forth.
Here is just one of the quick ways to figure out if you have worthy issues. Read this sentence out loud.
“I AM WORTHY OF THE HIGHEST AND THE BEST!”
When you read the above statement did you try to discount it by adding a clause or justification to the end? Did you try to rationalize highest and best so you didn't sound so greedy. Or did you disassociate with it, for it not be about you?
If you tried to re-write the statement, or felt awkward then you may have some issues that need deeper exploration. Find someone trustworthy that you respect and get some help working through it. But in the mean time keep repeating the statement and writing down anything that comes to mind until you can make the statement loud and clear while feeling good!
